Sensitive,  you can feel the sensitivity, the compassion, the torment, and redemption and watch many times. Not only because it is good, but also
having worked with these special populations, it is a must see for anyone working in the mental health field.  It is not a matter of trying on their shoes,  it is a matterof living in them,  for which no judgement is cast.
